PRAYER MOBILIZATION
Our goal is to create a deep desire in the hearts of College Church people to pray earnestly and consistently for our missionaries and our mission program throughout the world. Never has the time been more critical. Without prayer nothing we do will have lasting eternal results. It's prayer that makes the difference. Please join with us in building the Kingdom of God around the world through prayer. Gerald Diddle

Dateline July 16, 2010: College Church.
On Monday, Alissa Monterroso had surgery to repair a deviated septum that was causing her to suffer of chronic sinus infections since they got to Guatemala. Today I received an email from her asking for prayer. Even though she was supposed to go back home after surgery, because of bleeding complications, she had to stay in the hospital overnight.
She is home since mid-morning yesterday and the bleeding has slowed down. But she says, We would appreciate your prayers. I really need to be up and around tomorrow. Giovanni leaves town again and I have lots of work to do.
We will ask our congregation to pray for her too.
Thanks and blessings,
Gladys Aparicio
Haiti will be in the recovery process for years!
Please continue to lift the Haitian people in prayer. Pray for children who are now orphans. Pray for parents who have lost their children. Pray for the families that have been displaced and now call a tent city their home. Pray also for the safety of aid workers and that assistance reaches those in need. The church of the Nazarene in Haiti is strong and comprised of more than 115,000 members. Pray for Haitian Nazarenes as they gather to worship, that they will encounter the Lord in a mighty way.
